Open the incident in Rootly.

Under the incident name, click the Manage Access button to open the access modal.

Step 3

Add users to this incident channel

Start typing a user name in the box. Rootly will display a list of users who can be granted access to the incident. Click on a user’s name to add them to the incident.

Remove users from this incident channel

Click the x beside a user’s name to remove them from this incident.

Remove all users not listed in the Add/Remove users to this incident box in bulk by checking the “Remove users” checkbox.

Step 4

Click Update users to save.
