Adding Incident Feedback

Once an incident has been resolved or mitigated you can leave leave feedback on how the incident was handled. Rootly supports this through both the web interface as well as through Slack. Please note that you can only submit feedback once per incident!

Through Web:

  1. Navigate to the incident you wish to leave feedback on
  2. Under the feedback subtitle you can either leave a review or view the existing reviews

Through Slack:

  1. In any resolved or mitigated incident channel type /incident feedback
  2. Fill in the dialog and your incident feedback will be added
  3. To view your feedback submission please do so through the web interface
