Communications Module
Rootly's Communications Module allows you to easily communicate with all of your stakeholders at scale during an incident. Easily set up who your teams need to communicate with, when they should be communicated with, and what information they need to know. Then during an incident, quickly send high quality communications to the right groups, giving you time back to focus on resolving the incident and improve MTTR.
The Communications Module can be configured in your Rootly Admin. Once set up, communications can be sent during an incident either within the Rootly Admin, or in Slack.
Get started with setting up the Communications Module by navigating to Configuration > Communication in the Rootly Admin.
Who are you communicating with?
Groups contain the individuals that should be communicated with during an incident.
