Creating an Incident from Alerts

Overview

Alerts are streamed in through a number of integrations. You can leverage the power of workflows to create incidents from these alerts

Getting Started

To get started navigate to Workflows > Alert > Add New Workflow

Setting Trigger Event

Within the new workflow form. Set the trigger event to Alert Created

Select an Alert source

Alerts can come in from a number of integrations. Select the source you wish to create the workflow for.
