Forms & Fields

Not everyone has the same incident response process and requirements, Rootly enables teams to create, customize, and organize incident forms and property fields specific to their unique requirements.
You can access the Forms & Fields page by navigating to Configurations > Forms & Fields. In this page, you can customize built-in forms and fields or create your own for a fully customized experience.
