Creating Sub Incident

Overview

For larger incidents or incidents that may span ownership across multiple teams, you may want to split an incident into sub incidents. A sub incident's status will be shown on the parent incident's overview along with a link to the sub incident or parent incident. Restrictions

  • Sub incidents of sub incidents is currently no supported
