Step 1

In the top-right corner of an incident, click the ”…” to see more options. Select “Mark as Duplicate”.

Step 2

In the modal, choose the original incident from the drop-down.Click the toggle to auto-cancel the duplicate incident and then add a brief reason for the cancellation.

Select Confirm to save.
