Slack - Creating a Sub Incident

Restrictions Sub incident creation slash command is currently only available in an incident channel.

How In any incident channel type /rootly sub to open the following dialog

Upon finishing the form a sub incident will be associated with the incident from which the command was ran.

You should then see a reference in the incident summary.
