Updating Incident Integration Links

Rootly supports a wide selection of integrations. Some of these integrations have external links. These might automatically generated for you or you may want to use another link. You can edit these integration links on Rootly web as well as through Rootly Slack bot.

Through Rootly web

  1. Navigate to the incident you wish to update
  2. Click the edit icon next to the Integrations heading
  3. An update dialog

Through Rootly Slack Bot

  1. Clicking the update button in the pinned incident summary will bring up the same interface as Rootly web
  2. Editing the links is also available through our slash command /incident integration
