User Profile
Set up your user profile with Contact Information, Notification Rules, User Settings and manage Passwords Your user profile is where you will configure important personal settings, such as contact information and notification rules to receive timely incident notifications.
To access your user profile:
- In the web app, click on your organization in the Top left hand corner.
- Select Account Settings
You can configure the following items in the user profile:
- General Settings
- Add your basic contact information and account information
- Change Your Password
- Change your password at any time
- Notifications
- Set up notification settings, this is for how and when you want to be notified
- Linked Accounts
- Quickly see what accounts you have connected
General settings allow you to configure basic contact information and account information so you can be notified in a timely fassion
Change you password here by entering your current password and new password.
Manage general notifications such as email notifications and Slack notifications as well as On-Call Notifications here. On-call notifications can also be accessed by going to the On-Call tab --> On-Call Notifications General

Linked Accounts is where can see your connected accounts such as Slack.
